A family campsite…
Overlooking the Lignon Gorges, near the Loire Gorges, and split between a shaded meadow, the ideal children’s playground, and the Sabot pine forest, our family campsite in Haute-Loire promises a peaceful holiday.
You’ll appreciate the pool heated to 27° C from June to September (depending on weather conditions), the games and the campsite snack bar, all in lovely clean grounds festooned with flowers and carefully maintained to make you as comfortable as possible during your stay in Saint Maurice de Lignon.
A variety of preserved heritage makes it an ideal environment for nature lovers, hiking enthusiasts and history buffs, and it is also trout-fishing heaven.
The South Auvergne climate, which never gets too hot, is ideal for those who want to enjoy the multitude of outdoor activities available near the Sabot campsite:

- Swimming (lake and swimming pools)
- Cycle paths and MTB trails
- Railbike
- Adventure trails
- Quad bikes, climbing, horseriding, etc.
Not forgetting a visit to the must-do LE PUY EN VELAY, a beautiful town just 45 minutes from the campsite, nicknamed the “inland Mont St Michel”!
